FAQ's
Spring Leadership Conference
- I have a Secondary and Post-Secondary chapter can I register them together under one registration?
- Secondary, post-secondary, and or mid level members cannot be mixed
together in the same chapter registration.
- How many events can members enter?
- Middle Level - Same as Post Secondary
Secondary - 1 event
Post Secondary - 2 events (one of which may be a team event)
All members can enter an unlimited amount of open events that are offered in their division, but do not have to be registered for open events unless it is the only event they are entering.
- I am only interested in Open Events - do I still have to register for the conference?
- If a member is only entering open events,
then they must be registered for at least one so the registration system will
generate a name badge.
- Can an event be repeated?
- Check the Events-At-A-Glance document in the Introduction section of the guidelines
- Can changes be made to the invoice?
- After you have submitted your registration, you can't make changes to the invoice. If an advisor has already registered a member, and need to enter them in another event, you can do that by creating a new invoice for that member, but the system should not charge and additional $25.00 as long as the member is already registered on another invoice. Any other changes will need to be done by the State Advisor. Email the State Advisor with the changes that need to be made, and they will take care of them until 2.9.07, which is the deadline for event participant changes.
- I am taking online tests and got booted out of the test, what do I do?
- A member must simply retake the test. If a member does not finish the test in the allotted time, the system automatically submits the answers they have to that point and scores accordingly.
